Liability Waiver
The Client will indemnify me for and against all liabilities arising out of or in connection with any loss, cost, damage or injury caused directly or indirectly by the performance of these services provided such loss, cost, damage or injury are not caused or contributed to by any act, default or negligence on my part. The indemnity should include and extend to all costs and expenses made upon me for investigating or defending any claim.
